FAQ

Listening for the emergency word happens on your phone — nothing is recorded or streamed until you trigger it. Recording is consent-first, and the only identity we ever hold is your phone number.
Not yet, and we won't claim it until it's true. The system is designed around India's evidence law (BSA 2023 §63) — but no court has ruled on our output, and the 112 escalation in our demos is clearly labelled SIMULATED. The legal and pilot work to change that — honestly — is exactly what we are doing.
